I tried the example provided at:

http://www.telerik.com/community/code-library/aspnet-ajax/grid/setting-100-height-and-resize-on-container-resize-for-grid-with-scrolling-and-static-headers.aspx

And it resizes properly in FF and IE. The included Dll version is 2008.1

If I replace the Dll with version 2009.1 then the resize fails on IE 7. If I expand the window, it resizes properly, but if I reduce the window size, it does not resize properly. The grid remains bigger than the window area.

Both versions work properly on FF.

Thanks.

Hi Teodorico,

Are you using the second attachment to the first post on that page?

grid_100_width_height.zip

This works with Q1 2009 with no problems. Have you modified the example?

Dimo,

Yes, I used the second example “grid_100_width_height.zip”. I started to have issues with resize and while researching on forums I found this demo and tried it.

I did not modify the code. If I just replace the DLL with 2009.1, it starts to have issues when reducing the IE window size.

Thanks.

Hello Teodorico,

I am afraid I cannot reproduce the problem with that code library example, IE7 and RadGrid Q1 2009. Please open a regular support ticket, and attach a runnable sample project.

I found the problem. Inadvertently I had modified the DOCTYPE to HTML. Setting it back to XHTML made it work.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you.
