I'm currently using Silverlight Report Viewer, and ReportViewerModel's GetPrintUrl method generates too long URL, which will be used as GET request.

as result, when I try to press "Print" button, it will give no result.

Most modern browsers are able to process huge urls in GET request, so this should not be a problem (more info here).
The url you provided as example looks ok and should not cause problems. In fact the ReportBook demo has more parameters and produces bigger url, but is still handled properly.
I have a suspicion that your report is quite big and it takes some time to render. Note that inevitably it would take at least as much time to export the report to PDF and invoke the PDF plug-in for printing, so could it be you just give up waiting on it, thinking that it does not finish?
If this is not the case and you believe this is a problem with our product, please prepare a sample runnable project which we can look into locally. Once we review it, we would be able to provide you with more information.

I think you misunderstood the reason why I posted the article in my previous post - it was to show you that browsers handle huge GET requests. After testing this on the live URL you provided (for which I'm grateful), I confirmed the problem and logged the issue in our bug tracking system. It would be forwarded to a developer for investigation and fixing.
Unfortunately there is no available workaround that we can offer for the time being for which we sincerely apologize. It is in our plans to migrate to Silverlight 4 for the Q3 release and use the native Silverlight print which would resolve the issue.
