Hello,

Testing on iOS 4.3.3 on an iPod, there are no scroll bars appearing for a report.

You can see this on the telerik demos at:

I've been told this is also an issue when viewing on iPhone 4 and iPad (original, we haven't tested iPad2)

Is this a known issue and if so are there any magic settings?

Thanks,
Dyana

Hi Dyana,

The Web report viewer in its implementation is an iframe and according to the iPad user guide, which is bookmarked in Safari on iPad, scrolling by dragging a finger just scrolled the overall page, not the frame. To scroll the contents of the frame, you should scroll with two fingers in parallel, within the frame. However searching for scrolling within an iframe on iPad shows numerous topics where people discuss that this does approach does not work in many cases.

Kind regards,
Peter

thanks for the response.

I've forced the html report view to page on iOS devices for now.

But at least now I know what to test for.
