First, does Telerik offer any capabilities that facilitate a Table of Contents (with or without page numbers numbers) at the beginning of a report? Are there any examples for this?
Second, is there a feature that adjusts the margins on a duplex printed document depending on whether the page is the front or the back?

Unfortunately, at the moment we still do not have the Table of Contents feature implemented, but it is definitely one of our top priorities.
For the time being we do not support automatic margins adjustment for duplex printers, but we will log that as a feature request as it seems to be a great idea.
Can you elaborate a little bit more on to how exactly do you want the report margins to be adjusted when printing on a duplex printer? How does duplex printing affect margins?

The area where we've run into problems with duplex printing has to do with reports that will be placed into a binder with a three-hole punch or something other binding mechanism. The side of the page where the binding takes place needs a wider margin. If the wider margin is on the left side of the front page, the wider margin needs to be on the right side on the back of the page to account for the binding. Our current solution is to account for the binding margin on both the left and right sides of the page, which isn't really optimal.

It seems really reasonable and therefore I have added this request into our TODO list. We will consider it while planning the next versions. Unfortunately, currently there is not a sensible solution that we can offer except the one you already came up to - reserve wide enough space on left and right of the page.
