Hi,
I was just checking telerik reporting in VS2010 & would like to report for your reference, as soon as i tried to add new data source in report wizard, i found one bug, it gives me 3 entries of every data source in the [create new data source] wizard. screenshot is also attached here.
I am using latest Q2 2012 build 6.1.12.823.

Hi Palak,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. In your case what you can do is to reset the Visual Studio toolbox - this will remove the duplicated data sources in the dialog as well.
