Hello kmv,
Have you used the Upgrade Wizard to upgrade your project to the new Reporting version? If not please start it manually from the Telerik VS menu to make sure all needed references are updated. If still having problems, please review the following KB article that elaborates on known reasons that can cause this issue to occur: The styles of the web report viewer's toolbar are messed up.
