I have a couple of questions on styling reports in Telerik Reporting Q1 2009.

First, is there a way to style a table control so that all the rows and cells have a border? Or do I have to define a style for this and then apply it to my header / row cells?

Is it possible to apply a style selector to a table control? How about the table control header or rows, specifically?

Hi Mark,

The table report item is just a "holder", which helps create a grid layout for the items it's going to contain. If you have a styleselector with border applied to the table item, it would be applied to the item alone. It is not inherited to the cells and items within the cells. So if you want to have borders for all "rows" and "columns" of the table as well, you need to set their stylenames to the specific styleselector too.

Kind regards,
