Hi,

I have a long report with 10 sections and it shows all sections on web page

but when I export to RTF it splits to first 3 pages and then it does NOT split to 4th pages but instead it continues on the same page and all other section get hidden due to going out of margin.

Please give any suggestions to fix?
(same happens on word export)

Thanks

Hello Manoj,

Generally if the problem was only related to RTF rendering, we would suggest changing the RenderingMode device setting to Frames. For more info see:
However if the problem occurs in Word as well, we would appreciate if you send us a runnable report that exhibits the problem. You can open a support ticket and attach the report/project there.

Issue:
I may know what the issue is:
I added another section and moved all the contets to this new section and removed old section and that fixed the issue. this worked in 2 cases.

The issue seems to be with KeepTogether functionality, default value for sections' KeepTogether is True
but
when we change this value to False and then back to True then it is not the same as default True, something must be different behind the scene.

Adding new section worked because I left the KeepTogether value untouched.

Hello Manoj,

We're glad you found a solution to your problem. We checked the KeepTogether functionality of a section with items within it, but did not notice any difference switching back and forth between True and False. If you encounter the same problem on another report, please open a support ticket and provide us with runnable report that exhibits the strange behavior and we would advise you.
