Hi Siva,
The screenshot you've sent does not exhibit any problem i.e. in the report designer you've set the margins to 0.2 in and from the looks of the PDF, those margins are respected. It would be best if you elaborate on the problems you've encountered, provide us with steps to reproduce the problem or better yet a sample project that shows it.
Greetings,
Steve

Hello Siva,
It is not visible from your screenshot where is the end of the page. You can show the designer snap grid by using the appropriate button from the Report Designer which would show the grid as well as a vertical red line which indicates the end of the physical page i.e. the width you have specified in PageSettings->PaperSize-> Width.
Note that the report width is not equal to the page width i.e. you can have a much thinner report than a physical page. If you want to occupy all of the physical page width, then make sure the report width is the same as the page width (usually a few inches less is advised, in order to avoid horizontal page breaks in some scenarios).
All the best,
Steve
