Report Header Prints on its own page

Hi there, as the title says, I have a report with many records, as you can see in the page, but I can not seem to share the report header with the detail section even when there's still space available(the header prints in one entire page all by itself) I set the property "KeepTogether" to False. For every object that has that property (Textbox, Panel, List, Groups). thanks in advance. I attaching the pages as individual files. thanks!

Hi Wadigzon,

It seems from the screenshot that you are using a table for your layout. If that is the case please have in mind that a table row cannot be split, even if you set all KeepTogether properties to false. Therefore you will have to redesign your layout and avoid tables. If you insist in using tables you can do so but just make sure that the row height is not more than 2-3 lines of text, otherwise the gaps will be easily visible.

If you are not using a table for your layout you have just missed a KeepTogether property, since those are the only tow  options.

I am actually using list elements as shown in the screenshot (panel2 and panel3 are not expanded and have textboxes as child elements).

Hello,

The List item is essentially a Table and everything that was said in the previous post is valid for your scenario. You should try re-designing your layout. You can swap the outer panel with SubReport and the inner panel would be replaced by the items put directly into the detail section of the inner report.
