Hi, I'm using the telerik Win Forms Trial version published on May 2010.
I want to replace them with the latest version of Telerik Win Forms Tools and I'm wondering if i will have any problem with functions of RadDataGridView and RadComboBox?

Probably you would like to take a look at the release notes for the latest release, and more specifically the breaking changes pointed there. This will give you an idea of what issues you could encounter while upgrading and how to overcome them.
Please note that RadComboBox is obsolete and it will be removed in one of our next versions. You should use RadDropDownList instead.
In addition, you could find useful the following help resource, which explains the upgrade process in general. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
