Replace kendo icon with custom Icon

    Hi,

    How to replace kendo icon (k-plus) with bootstrap icon (glyphicon glyphicon-plus-sign), and kendo icon (k-minus) with bootstrap icon (glyphicon glyphicon-minus-sign) in CSS.
