Reorder instead of Swapping of Rows in Grid

Hi,

Basically, I was looking for a functionality where if you move (drag and drop) a row to a new position then all the rows below it move down by one to accomodate the moved row.

I went through few examples but everywhere the rows being moved were actually swapped.

Hence, this is a request to you to please let me know if the above mentioned functionality is possible to achieve. Also, it would be very kind of you if you may please provide a sample code for the same.
