Hello Vincent,
Thank you for your interest in our new WPF controls.
I believe we are going to have a license for the WPF controls including the source code. However, this is to be decided shortly.
We still do not have a fixed date for the official release. However we are planning our next Beta to be launched by the end of June.

Time and when it will be released and what will be in it?
Because i'm creating a wpf app and i realy need a beter grid (filtering, theming, ...). The current one doesn't do all the things i want.

Our official release date is set to July 22 to match the Telerik Q2 release. The official grid will include filtering and theming.
Right now we are working on releasing a second beta that will have filtering support. The build is to be released on Monday. You are welcome to give it a spin and, of course, provide feedback on stuff that needs improvement.
