Where can find Q1 2011 and Q2 2011 products release notes ?

I'm trying to upgrade our product from Q3 2010 SP1  to latest

The problem is that this account doesn't have purchases on it and you can not see a menu where you can see all previous versions and their release notes. I will give you the links to the desired release notes:
