Does the reporting package need to be installed on the webserver or can you just copy over dlls?

Hi dtrumbower,
You can copy just the necessary files (DLLs) in order to make the reporting application work. However, you will not be able to use VS IDE if these files are copied manually. We will suggest creating the application on your Dev box, and then simply copying it to the server for production.
For the Reporting installation to work on the server you need administrative privileges.
