Reading a value from a radgrid and using as a parameter

Hihi,

I've got a linkbutton within my grid. When i click it it will open a radwindow which will have a grid inside it that will load extra details of the user. I know this is simple but it's escaped me. When i click the linkbutton i want to grid with the extra details to lead the details for the record that was selected.
Ie. User 1, user 2 on basic gird. I click the linkbutton on user2, i want the details grid to load for user2.
