Hi,
We already have a licence for the 2023 Telerik Reporting licence. However, since our application uses R3 2017 Telerik Reporting, I wanted to install that instead. However, it keeps on installing the 2023 version. Could you please tell me where the R3 2017 version is and the link to download this particular version.

I have backdated your license. After a refresh of your Downloads section, you should be able to access Telerik Reporting R3 2017 (version 11.2.17.913).

What is "it" in your case? The Progress Control Panel? If so, I'm not sure if you can get it to install old versions. If its your build environment, perhaps its a nuget feed that needs configuring.
If you can log into the Telerik website and access:
https://www.telerik.com/account/downloads/product-download?product=REPORTING
You can select versions and access their downloads.
