Hi t,
1. This is not possible because there is no conditional formatting options for the axis labels.
2. By setting the Scale.Minimum and Scale.Maximum properties of the axis.
3. Scale.SpacingSlotCount can be used for this in general, but your graph seems to use the same data field for series and for categories, so setting the property won't have an effect.
