        ID="RadWindowManager1"
        runat="server"
        BackColor="#D5E8EE"
        Behavior="Minimize, Close, Move"
        Behaviors="Minimize, Close, Move"
        Modal="True"
        Skin="Inox"
        style="z-index:70000; position: absolute"
        </telerik:RadWindowManager>

            <telerik:RadWindow
            ID="RadWindow1"
            runat="server"
            Skin="Inox"
            BackColor="#D5E8EE"
            Modal="True"
            ReloadOnShow="True"
            Behavior="Minimize, Close, Move"
            Behaviors="Minimize, Close, Move"
            style="z-index:700000; position: absolute"

    Hi Ernandes,

    Try setting the Overlay property of the RadWindowManager to true.
    Also refer to the forum thread for more information : RadWindow overlayed by flash in firefox
