i have a link button, and a tool tip attached to it. Both the controls are in a table and no ajax is used. I have a grid in the same page.
when the page is initially loaded the tooltip works fine. But when i change the page index of the grid. the tooltip does not work when i put my mouse over the link button. I get a do postback like a message in the browser. How do i solve this issue. This is a postback issue i guess. Any suggestions please..possiblly with code for the javascript would be helpful.

Rama, I employeed this demo in one of my Telerik projects and have no problems with it. I added a link button with tooltip hooked for it just for test and it worked properly after grid paging. I use the latest Telerik release 2010.1.519, can this be an issue in an older version?

Thanks for the reply. We are using jan 2009 version. I am pretty new to using telerik controls. Suppose it is the older version..is there any work around process to do this. To my understanding i think everytime the paging is done the target control id of the tooltip is getting changed i guess. Can you help me in how to do a postback of the link button id after the paging is sone.
