Hello all,
link manager dialog displays with radtoolbar reappear above modal overlay when user clicks all properties button on insert link dialog
need to prevent users click any editor tools.
navigated code but I could not find any triggers that.
I am just assuming CSS issues.

Hi Charlie,
The issue that you describe seems to be a z-index related one. Please try setting a higher value for the z-index css property of the element that should appear above the controls. Here is a help article where it is described how this can be achieved. In case this does not help I would ask you foe a live url that I can inspect from my side and assit you in resolving the issue.
