RadTimePicker onbutton click (client side)

I need to add RadTimePicker on a button click to my web application. I want it to be client side like using javascript. Any help will be much appreciated.

Since these controls are server controls, we cannot create these on client side. Please take a look into this documentation to know about the RdaTimePicker Client Side Object.
