I have a RadPanel which won't float when you right click its header and click "Float". CanFloat is true.

Hi Chris,
Could you share with us some details on your project, what is the layout of the Docking control, have you made any customizations to the Style of the control etc.?
If you could share with us some code snippet of your project it would very helpful in order to see what could be causing the unexpected behavior.

It turns out we were nesting things in a very odd way. After simplifying it, the issue is resolved. Thanks.
