One of our customers is encountering this following error/call stack when they load our program and move the mouse. We were unable to recreate. However, based on similar forum posts, we had the customer turn off the Tablet PC Input service and the error went away. Is there a better solution than turning that service off? We would like to be able to leave it on if possible to reduce issues/setup needed for future customers. Do you have a fix so the error doesn't occur in the first place? The customer is on the 2011 Q3 version (non-service pack)

Thanks

Hello Nick,

We took some time to investigate the problem and we found what could cause the exception. We can confirm that the issue will be resolved and the fix will be included in our next internal build. I am glad to update your telerik points for reporting us this bug.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

We have the same problem here. The same exception was thrown only when we try to run our WPF app and Test Manager 2010 having a test case running at the same time. We are using 2011.3.1116.40.

Has this bug been fixed in the latest build 2012.1.0215 or do I need to wait for the next one?

Thanks.

here is the exception:

Hi George,

Thanks for the reply.

We downloaded and applied 2012.1.326 to our application. But this doesn't save it from crashing while we has test manager 2010 with a test running. This time the exception thrown is a bit different, still coming from RadPaneAutomationPeer though. Here is the exception stacktrace.

Hi Tong,

We tried to reproduce the error but with no success. Could you please provide some more info when exactly is this error showing. Does it show on a specific action for example Pin, Unpin, etc..?

It seems that it is throwing error in initializing the Name of the Pane, but we checked our code and didn't see what can be causing such error. Also it will be good if you could send us a sample project with the Docking that throws the error, as it may be related to some specific property set.

Kind regards,
Boyan
