Hello,

Not all the skins have this error but I have noticed Outlook and WebBlue do. I'm not sure how to explain it which is why I have attached a screen shot. I am using Telerik version: 2010.1.519.35 and I have seen this in IE 7-9 as well as Safari 5.0.3 and Firefox 5.
Here is the code:

<telerik:RadMenu ID="RadMenu1" Skin="WebBlue" OnClientItemClicking="myClickFunction" runat="server" Flow="Horizontal">
    <ExpandAnimation Type="InOutQuad" />
</telerik:RadMenu>

Hello John,

I tried the same scenario in this version 2011.1.315.35 and it worked as expected. I suppose it might be a version issue.
So try upgrading to to the latest version with the help of the following documentation.
Upgrading RadControls Trial to RadControls Developer license or newer version.

Thanks,
Shinu.

Upgrading is on the radar but a little ways off. This is not some 5 pages 1,000 lines of code site. Were talking hundreds of pages and millions of lines of code. Not a huge show stopper just annoying to the visual / gui QA people.

Hello John,

I tested the issue that you describe with the version of the controls that you mentioned but I can not get the same appearance as you do. I attached an image that demonstrates the appearance on my side. Do you use any customized styles that might be causing it? If upgrading is not an option for you I would suggest that you open a support ticket and send us a runnable project that we could inspect locally and help you out with a suitable solution.

Kind regards,
