Radmenu adds web.config assemblies entry to Telerik.Charting?

When I drop the radMenu on my form it adds an assemblies entry in my web.config that points to Telerik.Charting, but it doesn't add a reference in my project.  This of course breaks when I deploy to the webserver.  Any good reason for this entry, or is it a bug?
