It appears that this control does not accept the DASH (-).
When using this for address type fields, the user would be required to enter a dash between street number address range.
Any way around this?

Hello Robert,

This issue was fixed with the Q1 2012 SP1 release. Can you test it on your side and let us know how it goes? Thanks in advance.

Does this mean that the format codes A and a (alphanumeric) accept basically all printable characters? If so, this seems wrong. To me, alphanumeric is just letters and numbers, with no other characters. I tested this and, indeed, format code a seems to accept any printable character. I think alphanumeric needs to be just letters and numbers and you need another format code for printable. I am using version 2012.2.0607.40.
