RadGridView.ValidatesOnDataErrors and GridViewDataColumn.ValidatesOnDataErrors is available both for SL and WPF. All you need is our latest internal build assemblies.

I have the RadControls for WPF Q2 2010 SP1
And I looked for this property and I can't find this do you have sample for this?

You can use this property with versions 2010.2.821 and above. 2010.Q2.SP1 version in fact is 2010.2.812, so download our latest internal build from your client account.
