Hello Ron,

Thank you for writing.

Your question has already been answered in the support thread you've opened. Please, see our answer there for more information.

We kindly ask you to use just one support channel to contact us. Posting the same questions numerous times slows down our response time because we will need to review and address two or more tickets instead of one. Moreover threads are handled according to license and time of posting, so if it is an urgent problem, we suggest you use a support ticket, which would be handled before a forum thread.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Please can you share the answer?  I am experiencing the same issue where the cursor gets stuck as a resize arrow.

Hello Graeme,

Thank you for writing.

The provided information is not enough for me to replicate the resize issue locally. Could you please specify the exact steps how to reproduce the problem? A better option is to open a support ticket and get back to us with a sample project demonstrating the problem so I can investigate the precise case. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Dess
