RadGridView Alternate Row doesn't alternate

I have a Terlik test version and i am trying to implement a RadGridView in a existing project, but the RadGridView  doesn't alternate correct.

I've tested this, but the alternation works fine on my side. Can you check the attached project and tell me if I am missing anything?
