At the moment RadGridView does not contain a context menu. Of course that does not prevent you from modifying the context menu yourself by templating the row or cell controls.
The RadGridView control does not have cell comments functionality built in. I believe that, with some effort on your part, this should be achievable. I have just posted a reply to this forum thread with a bunch of suggestions on implementing cell/row comments
As far as copying/pasting cell text is concerned, we do not support that at the moment.
