I have a RadGrid and I'd like to create a pop-up windows where the user can insert values
when select an empty cell of the grid (no updates, just insert).
For example, I have a grid of fairs and cities on columns, and when the cell is empty,
the user can insert (and the update the database) details of the new fair/city.
Is it possible to create something like this?
