RadGrid Performance Tips

I am trying to reduce bandwidth and bind times by setting the following: DataSourcePersistenceMode=NoPersistence,  AllowPageing=true, PageSize=50.

1) Are there any other options that I can use to tune the performance of my RadGrid?

2) Do you offer minified (by running it through the YUI compressor) versions of your JavaScript and CSS?
