RadGrid paging distorting radwindow design

I have a ragGrid, in which i have two columns which have hyper link control there. On click of each hyper link a radwindow open above the grid through javascript method. on Grid Item Created event i have assign to attribute of each hyper link to the java script method.  It works fine. Now if i set the "AllowPaing = True " of the radgrid and click on hyper link of gridview to open the radwindow, design of the radwindow get distorted. even close button and border of radwindow become transparent, not able to close the windows. It is showing for both the hyperlinks column. If i set the AllowPaging = false then it works fine.

I tried to replicate the described problem in this online example, but to no avail. Check it out and see what is the difference in your case.
