Radgrid export downloading aspx source file

Customer is trying to download the data from radgrid on our page at the same institution,

one user works fine
the other user it downloads the aspx source file

have you seen this before.

Hello Gauri,

This is strange, indeed. Could you open a new formal support ticket and create a new very basic runnable web site demonstrating the problematic behavior and send it to us? Thus, we will be able to reproduce the issue locally and try to determine the cause of the issue.
