Hi Mahmood,
Thank you for writing.
Please, excuse us for the misunderstanding - Q1 2008 version does not contain any Telerik templates. We have added them in the Q2 2008 version. I recommend you to download and try the latest Q3 2008 SP2 version. It contains templates and a lot of improvements.
If you want to use RadForm from the older version, please review the help files on RadFrom.

Hi Mahmood,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Provided that you have purchased version Q1 2008, you should be able to upgrade to the latest controls at a cost lower than the list price. Could you please send me the account where your original license is registered (e-mail address, order ID or account ID would be sufficient). I will be glad to give you more details on the available upgrade options for you.
I will be looking forward to hearing back from you.

I have RadControls for WinForms Q1 2009 (1_414_dev), and I cannot find the templates either. Could you help?

Hello Brent,
Thanks for contacting us. In general, if the installation has completed successfully, you should be able to find the Telerik templates in the "Add New Item" dialog of Microsoft Visual Studio.
In your case I would suggest uninstalling RadControls for WinForms, removing all Telerik.WinControls.* and also the TelerikCommon assemblies from the GAC and reinstalling the suite again.
If this does not help, you can take a look at the following KB article which described how to manually integrate the Telerik templates in Visual Studio:
http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/winforms/general/add-radcontrols-for-winforms-to-the-toolbox.aspx
I hope this is helpful. Do not hesitate to write back in case of further questions.
