When selecting a an amount of text in the radeditor, I go about using the buttons provided by telerik to (in this order):
1) Change the font size
2) Change the font style
3) Any of bold or underline or italic buttons

1 and 2 behave as I would expect, when I get to 3, it changes the text back to the original font style and size and applies the bold or underline or italic property.

Additional information:
Problem seems to be specific to IE8. The sequence works in Firefox

Please assist with a solution
Thanks
Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,

I tried to reproduce the reported problem but without success. You can see my test at: http://screencast.com/t/Zktpdv1ScS.

Am I missing something? Are you able to reproduce the problem in the default example of RadEditor?

Sincerely yours,
Rumen

Thank you for the feedback.

Please see the screencast:
Problem Screencast

I went and tried the sample, and it appeared to work so this is odd.

Any suggestions are welcomed on tracking this down?

My dll version is: 2010.2.713.35

Thanks Again
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

Are you able to reproduce the problem in the live demos? It is very likely that it is fixed in the latest Q2 2010 SP2 version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.

If you still experience it after the upgrade, isolate it in a sample working project and send it for examination on our end.

Best regards,

Steps:
1) Upgraded to Q2 2010 SP2 (.929.35)  - there was no change
2) Combined All css into one file (IE only handles 31 css files according to another post I saw)

Problem still exists
