RadDocking Loading slow

When the RadDocking control is added, the window will blank for a moment and then display normally

Would it be possible to share a bit more information about the scenario on your end? For example, is there a time-consuming operation that is executed on the UI thread while the RadDocking control is loading? Is this behavior reproducible in a sample project?
