Hi,

I had installed the free trial of the demos for RadControls and started getting the "Enjoying your RadContolrs for WPF trial?" message when running the installed version of my app but not so when running the app from VS. I have now installed the purchased version of the WPF IU Controls, after uninstalling the free trial, and I’m still getting the message when running the installed version of my app.

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for contacting us.

I suggest you checking in the Windows Control Panel if any trial WPF installation has left on your machine. If so I recommend you uninstalling it. You can install its purchased version using our Telerik Control Panel tool if you need it. Note that the WPF demos are shown separately from the WPF product.

I recommend you to use our Control Panel tool for every product manipulation you need, e.g. upgrading from trial to purchased version, uninstalling a product and so on.

Hi, I have no other Telerik product showing as installed on my computer, I used the Telerik Control Panel and it also doesn't show any trial products installed.

Hello Carlos,

Thank you for contacting us.

I suggest you downloading the WPF Demos offline installer (MSI file) and installing it. It will remove any trial or older version installations of the demos. You can follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Telerik account.
  2. Under the "Manage products" menu select you subscription (in your case: "DevCraft Ultimate").
  3. Access the downloads section (using the "Download Installer and other resources" button) and select "Browse all product files" link for the RadControls for WPF product.
  4. Select "Demos Automatic Installation" and download the MSI.
  5. Start the MSI and install the demos.

No, that did not help. I installed the demos, but when I open them I still get the screen indicating me if I want to download the free trial as I did not have the licensed version. And I still get the pop-up when running my app.

Hi,

Would you please check if you still have any Trail version or older version of the WPF Demos installed on your machine? If so, then please uninstall them.
