Hi Suzi,

While RadControls for ASP.NET will just work with ASP.NET AJAX, RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX are based on Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX. Here are main benefits:

- pure IScriptControls with unified client-side API.
- single dll (Telerik.Web.UI.dll) + native .NET 3.5 build
- new components like RadFormDecorator, RadToolTip, RadScheduler, RadSlider and RadColorPicker
- new features like RadGrid detail templates, card view, built-in rows drag & drop, aggregates, calculations, popup editforms, performance optimizations, etc. , RadChart scrolling & zooming, ability for completely client-side creation in most of the components and many more.
