Hi,

I am using RADAjax Manager inside some Sharepoint web parts. For all the pages that uses RADAjax Manager the Welcome <user> message in the screen goes one line above and appears weird. For all the other pages it is fine. Is there any issue in using RADAjaxManager with Sharepoint? Please let me know the work around for this. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi Das,

This is indeed a strange issue and we have not been contacted with regards to a similar discrepancy under MOSS before. Can you please provide a live url where the abnormality can be observed or the source of the problematic page holding the RadAjaxManager settings? Thus we will do our best to advice you how to eliminate the glitch.

Kind regards

Sebastian,

Please check the below link where the same issue was reported. You have mentioned about Prometheus version in this thread. I am not clear about the versions. I am using RADAjax.Net2 dll with version 1.8.5.0. This has some issues. We also have license for 1.8.6.0. This has the namespace Telerik.WebControls. Please let me know about the below thread and which version should we use and the procurement process. Please reply ASAP. Thanks.

Hi Das,

As explained in cross-linked forum thread from the post you pointed out, you can work-around the issue using RadAjaxPanel for ASP.NET instead of RadAjaxManager. You other option would be to upgrade to RadAjax for ASP.NET AJAX having in mind the differences between the Classic and the ASP.NET AJAX version of the product depicted here.
