Hi Nam,
Thank you for your interest in RadTreeView control.
The RadTreeViewItems of the RadTreeView controls already has expander button when there are child items in the item.
As for the click event, the RadTreeView controls expose an Expanded event which will be fired when an item is expanded.
I could suggest you take a look at the following resource so you can get familiar with the control.
