Hopefully this is not a totally inappropriate post, but we use SmarterMail that uses the Rad Splitter. It works great but I have one client who can get his email on several computers, but not on his home pc.
He is getting some script errors such as RadSplitter is undefined and RadSplitter_Pane is undefined.
I know I have personally seen these before but they were always transient and I could usually reload my browser and they would go away.
But his are persistent. Any ideas of what it is about his pc that might need to be tweaked to get it to work?

I am not sure what is the exact problem and what is the reason for it. Would you please provide more detailed explanation of the received errors, some screenshots, etc.?
It would be best if you could isolate and reproduce the problem and help us analyze it locally.
