It was a great resource however, can you may be add a footnote at the bottom that if you use themes in you app you need to copy the required contents of the skins folder to the theme folder. It only took me a few minutes to figure it out but it may save someone else a lot of headache. With that said it works great! Thank you!

Hello Cary,
Actually it worked fine even if I have a Theme specified. I just needed to manually add a reference to the CSS files, but did not have to copy the contents from the Skins folder to the App_Themes folder.
Can you share with us the exact scenario when this is mandatory?
