I installed RAD Editor for MOSS 2007 before, which is a trial version.  Now our company purchased the product.  Is this the right package to download and install? http://www.telerik.com/account/downloads.aspx

Does this package include RAD Editor for MOSS 2007 and all other RAD Controls?

Hi Sean,

The msi file that is 127 MB does not include RadEditor for MOSS. You can download RadEditor for MOSS from the following section of the Downloads page.
Download also: Source Code, Manual Installation, Examples... and there click on the RadEditor for MOSS link.
