just wondering if the initial release of the HTML Viewer will support RTL

Hello Saud,
Thank you for your interest in the new HTML5 Report Viewer.
Generally, you can modify its template to layout the viewer as preferred. That is one of the unique features in the new viewer (See the ReportViewer\templates folder in the demo project).
If you refer to the report content, the customization mechanism presented in the article Styling and Formatting Reports page (see the Report Globalization section) is still applicable.
