I have been using Q2 2007 Reports for a couple months now and use the export to pdf programmatically and within the export options. I upgraded to Q3 and now I can no longer export any report to any format. I have removed all references to 1.5.1 and updated all to 2.0.0 and have also removed the binaries from gac and my machine in general. So I don't think it is a referencing issue. Also the reports come up very slooooow. They used to come up in about 2 seconds, now its more like 2 minutes. Any thoughts?

Hello Comingdeer,
Is there any particular reason for not using the provided uninstaller? Did it cause any problems? Removing assemblies by hand may have left your machine in a state that we cannot verify. There are registry entries and other components beside the DLL's that need to be removed. By the way, Q2 2007 and Q3 2007 can live side by side on the same machine, so there was no need to uninstall Q2 in the first place.
Can you uninstall all Reporting versions completely by using the provided uninstaller (either from Add/Remove Programs or from the Start Menu shortcut), and when you have a completely clean machine, install Q3 2007 again. You may also try to install Q3 2007 on a different machine and see whether the problems that you described will occur again.
If that does not help, please send us the project that you are experiencing problems with and we will investigate it. Any additional information on how to reproduce the undesired behavior will be welcome. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I did use the Q2 uninstaller, but I noticed it left the items in my vs2005 toolbox and in gac so it appearently didn't uninstall completely. Perhaps I should reinstall and then try to unistall again. Either way, the issue occuring on the production machine as well and I have updated the dlls in the bin folder and updated all references in the project (both web.config and report viewer) to be 2.0.0.0. In production the report viewer is still very slow, and the export option just hangs and eventually times out.

Hi, sorry for the long delay. I was getting ready to make a test project today to explain this issue and noticed you had a new service pack. Looks like the service pack fixed my issue. Thanks! You guys are always on top of the bugs!
