problems with rad form decorator

i'm having  a page with buttons and textboxes and requied field validators for validating..It is working fine with normal .net controls ,but once when i have added the Rad Form Decorator those validations are not working and it is making a round trip to sever...i think the problem is with configuring the AJAX manager..
could any one help me in this regard...
