Problem with deploying project!

Can you tell me what is problem with my site...  when I have begun it locally, it looks fine..., but when I have loaded it today on a hosting, it has ceased to work, and now looks so: link

Please help to solve this problem please. I have reconsidered all lessons, it has not turned out.
